tincan dinner

Each Tincan dinner is a celebration of a special theme, anything from time-tested wisdoms to the tiny sometimes invisible treasures of life. As a guest, you are encouraged to follow a humble dining etiquette: switch off your phone, eat slowly, make friends with your table neighbour and notice the little things...

the gratitude box

The Gratitude Box is an art installation inviting visitors to type up their notes of appreciation, by asking the question 'What makes your heart smile?'.

The Gratitude Box

The Gratitude Box was last seen at the Sustainable Living Festival 2012 in Melbourne, and has featured on blogs and websites such as Much Love, The Curious Forager, A Petit Pois, and Consciousness Collection.

about

Tincan is run by Mr Royal & Ella and started in Melbourne, Australia, in August 2011, after a bubbling urge to come alive for months, perhaps even years before that. The vision is to inspire and encourage positive ways of living, and to help grow kind, diverse and supportive communities through the local Tincan events.
